Since 2016, we have been designing sustainable real estate projects as an independent, entrepreneurial project developer based in Hamburg. Our strengths: a deep understanding of the market, experts drawing on many years of experience and the ability to strategically structure complex projects and lead them to success. We do not focus on short-term market fluctuations, but on long-term social megatrends.

Our focus is on the living, industrial and infrastructure asset classes. Whether new construction, renovation or transformation: we develop sustainable living and working spaces that are built to last and offer genuine prospects – for users, investors and cities alike.
